We grow our hard-neck variety here locally on our farm in the Persia Area. It is all natural meaning no pesticides or chemicals used. Ivan is a much more nutrient dense (heavier too) than the soft neck varieties at your local supermarkets. You will also find it has a stronger flavor and is a culinary favorite among chefs. We sell it for approx 1/3 market price so our local customers get a great value with each purchase.

You will also find it has a stronger flavor and is a culinary favorite among chefs, though a little less than Ivan. It is freshly made on our farm and consists of Garlic, Olive Oil, and salt.
