Frequently Asked Questions
How listings, vendor submissions, reviews, and community events work.
Is ShopRogersville an online store?
Not yet. ShopRogersville is a local discovery marketplace. Product listings introduce you to vendors, but purchases, payment, pickup, shipping, returns, and product questions are handled directly by the vendor.
Who can become a vendor?
Makers, food producers, artists, shops, service providers, and experience providers connected to Rogersville or the surrounding Hawkins County community may submit products for review.
Does it cost anything to submit a product?
There is currently no product-submission fee. If fees or paid promotional options are introduced later, they will be explained before anyone is charged.
How many products may I submit?
The current form accepts up to five products at one time. Returning vendors can sign in and add more products in later submissions.
Why are listings reviewed?
Review helps keep the marketplace relevant, accurate, local, and suitable for a community audience. Approval does not certify a product, vendor, event, or claim.
How do I change a listing?
Sign in from the vendor page using the same email address used for the original submission. Your dashboard shows submission status and any requested changes.
How do events get listed?
Anyone may submit a public Hawkins County event. The details are reviewed before publication, and attendees should confirm current information with the organizer.
How do I report incorrect information?
Email shoprogersville@gmail.com with the listing or event name and the correction. Include a source when possible.
