Vendor Guidelines

Who should submit

ShopRogersville welcomes local makers, artists, growers, food producers, independent shops, service providers, and people offering locally based experiences. Your business or the work being listed should have a meaningful connection to Rogersville or Hawkins County.

What makes a strong listing

• Use a clear product or experience name.
• Choose the closest available category.
• Give a short, accurate description that explains what it is and what makes it local.
• Use a well-lit photograph of the actual item or experience; you must have permission to use the image.
• Provide a price or useful price range when possible.
• Add a working website or social link if customers can learn more there.

Review and publication

Each product is reviewed separately. We may approve it, ask for changes, reject it, or later remove it. Approval is editorial review, not certification or endorsement. Returning vendors can sign in with the email used in their original submission to view status, respond to change requests, and submit more products.

Items requiring special care

Vendors are responsible for licenses, permits, labeling, safety, taxes, and legal compliance. Food, health-related goods, regulated products, services involving risk, and claims about health or performance may require additional verification and may be declined.

Not accepted

Listings may not include illegal, stolen, counterfeit, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, unsafe, or misleading products or content. Mass-produced goods with no meaningful local connection, spam, and listings that impersonate another person or business may also be rejected.

Current submission limits

You may send up to five products in one submission. There is currently no submission fee. Future fees or promotional options, if introduced, will be disclosed before they apply.
